Preparation and additional information

Tracking your order
After making your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order details. Once your items have shipped, a shipping confirmation email will provide you with the available tracking information.

Changes before shipment
To request a change or cancellation before shipment, contact us as soon as possible at contact@oviany.com, preferably within one business day of your purchase.
